Clinical Director in the Chester Office of Tidewater Physical Therapy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Salisbury University and graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in September 2006. His expanded educational background includes a certification as a ASTYM provider for chronic pain management from Performance Dynamics, Inc. and currently provides therapeutic pain management for many of his patients.

Dr. Carter has clinical experience in providing general orthopedic, sports related, pre and post surgical therapies as well as, treatment for chronic pain, stroke and traumatic brain injury, neurological disorders, low back and neck pain and injury prevention. He is advancing his clinical skills by taking advanced education courses in differential diagnosis for musckeloskeletal conditions, manual therapy, and chronic pain.

Dr. Carter is responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to Tidewater Physical Therapy patients in Chester, Stevensville and surrounding areas.
