More About Dr. Inocencio

Gregg Inocencio, PT, DPT, CSCS

Gregg Inocencio, is the clinical director and senior physical therapist of out Seaford, Delaware location. He joined the Tidewater Physical Therapy in 2018. Gregg received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland College Park in 2005 and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2013.

Gregg also studied Graston Technique and Dry needling. Consequently, is certified to use instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) as a Graston Technique Specialist through Graston Technique LLC and Dry Needling through Kinetacore. Likewise, he is also an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an American Heart Association Healthcare provider (CPR & AED).

Most importantly, Gregg specializes in sports and orthopedic therapy, post-surgery and multi-trauma therapies, lower extremity dysfunction, dry needling, and IASTM. Personally, Gregg enjoys strength training and competing in strongman competitions. Due to his love for strength training, he has competed  in many national compeitions. As a result, he has won the titles of Delaware’s Strongest Man, and has won the middleweight and heavyweight title of Maryland’s Strongest Man.
